WHAT DO WE DO?

We are an Interior Architecture practice based in Singapore and The Netherlands. We work very closely with our clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure that your renovation goes smoothly, and whatever we have designed is delivered at the end of the day. We provide design services for all sorts of residential and commercial spaces. From a humble 300sqft studio to HDB apartments to large private bungalows and commercial spaces in any variety. No project is too small or large for us. By end 2023, we will have completed more than 100 projects since ICIA's incorporation in 2014. 

  

Our strength is to transform the spaces we work on and improve flow and circulation within your layout. Your budget is our top priority. We don't believe in using the most expensive materials in order to create a lovely space. We do not follow trends or do $25k buy-one-get-two-free renovations. We work with honest and reliable contractors and tradespeople. We use quality products and finishes and create timeless and beautiful interiors.

PHASE 3 - SITE WORK

To put it simply, once the first 2 phases are completed, as a property owner, you can step away for a while and come back to your dream home / space!
